# Introduction

> The Pathfindr Accelerator is a holistic approach to create a lasting change across your entire organisation by upskilling your teams in AI and embedding a frontier AI general assistant into everyday workflows, whilst showing what is possible in an ever-changing market.

## Program roles and responsibilities

Drivers, Champions, and Participants each play a distinct part in ensuring AI adoption runs smoothly and responsibly.

Drivers handle setup and governance, Champions translate strategy into practice, and Participants apply AI tools in daily work. Together, these roles create a balanced cycle of enablement, feedback, and improvement.
