Drivers ensure the AI program is responsibly configured, with licensing, access, and guardrails—like an Acceptable Use Policy—in place. They coordinate communication so every team understands what’s changing and when.
Champions act as the bridge between vision and action. They test workflows, share learnings, and support peers in navigating the chosen AI general assistant safely and effectively. Their feedback helps Drivers refine guidance and accelerates adoption across teams.
Participants complete training, use AI tools in real work, ask questions, and share their results. Their engagement keeps the program grounded in everyday practice and ensures continuous improvement.
