Before you start

You’ll need:
  • A Slack workspace with permission to create public or private channels
  • The list of Champions to include

Steps

Create the channel

Create a new private channel in Slack and add all nominated AI Champions (and optionally the project sponsor).Give the channel a name — we recommend #ai-champions-[org_name]

Add a brief description

Set a purpose - we recommend something like: A shared space for AI Champions to post wins, share experiments, and receive opportunity updates.

Invite champions

Add all nominated AI Champions, plus your project sponsor and accelerator leads.

Post a welcome message

Copy and paste this starter message:
👋 Welcome to the AI Champions Chat!This is our central space for quick updates, sharing wins, and tracking opportunities as they come in.Use this chat to:
  • Post new AI use cases or experiments
  • Share before/after wins
  • Ask for help or ideas
