Google has integrated Gemini directly into their Workspace product, meaning tools like Gmail, Docs, Meet, Sheets and Slides now come with built-in AI support. It also includes the standard Gemini chat functionality. This means you no longer need to buy Gemini separately—if you buy a Workspace plan (Starter, Standard, Plus, or Enterprise), that plan will come with a level of Gemini access.

Additionally, Google now offers a premium AI add-on called Google AI Ultra for Business, which unlocks higher-tier models (like Gemini 2.5), plus access to creative AI tools such as Flow (video generation powered by Veo 3) and Whisk (image-to-video). These are separate services but licensed and controlled through your Workspace admin console. The pricing model is per user, per month, with the option to commit for a year (lower cost) or pay monthly (higher cost, more flexibility).

When to Consider Google AI Pro or Ultra

Your business should consider Google AI Pro or Ultra if:
Your organisation is working to scale video content without proportionally scaling headcount.
Marketing, product training or branding teams spend weeks on storyboards, edits, explainers for every video.
You want to convert images, text, concepts—even rough ideas—into polished short-form videos automatically.
Your goal is more video, faster, without hiring a dozen more creative staff.
Ultra gives you access to tools like Veo 3 (video generation) and the “Deep Think” reasoning mode that can streamline the end-to-end process of ideation → script → visuals → video.
